2. Match Protection & Referrals

Pinnacle Connect operates a secure matchmaking system designed to identify appropriate network pairings for principal insurance brokers.

• Brokers must provide accurate and verifiable business data.
• Matched profiles are subject to "Match Protection" rules ensuring that client introductions are not double-brokered or disclosed prematurely.
• Matched identities are kept confidential (masked) until the broker explicitly authorizes identity release or completes the premium report unlock.

3. Payment & Subscription Details

Access to the complete match report, strategic alignments, succession models, and formal introduction requests is restricted to paid premium subscribers.

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Once a match report has been unlocked, the purchase is final and non-refundable, as digital calculations and reports are made accessible instantly.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Pinnacle Connect and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, layouts, scoring algorithms, and content on Pinnacle Connect. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license materials from our platform without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

The matching outcomes and strategic suggestions generated by our platform are based on data voluntarily entered by participating networks and brokers. Pinnacle Connect does not warrant or guarantee that any network introduction will result in a placement, contract, or successful alliance. Under no circumstances will Pinnacle Connect be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses or disputes resulting from network placements.
